Silent Meditation
is the Key to Success

Silent Meditation has been a routine part of many people's lives for thousands of years. Its primary aim is to help you to connect with the sacred, the Divine - which is your source of being and your source of power.

Meditation is able to create a deep state of peace and relaxation and helps to calm an overly-active or troubled mind.

The mind-body-spirit connection fosters health and wholeness and many studies have shown that it improves your physical and emotional well-being.

Meditation should be considered an essential life skill as it improves all areas of your life. Once it becomes a habit, you will reap the benefits every day.

Do not say: "Tomorrow I will meditate longer." You will suddenly find that a year has passed without fulfillment of your good intentions. Instead, say: "This can wait and that can wait, but my search for God cannot wait. - Paramahansa Yogananda

YES! We recognize that Silent Meditation requires training and a certain amount of discipline and many benefit from the personalized support made possible in a one-on-one session. Dr Kim has many techniques to share that can help keep your meditation focused and reduce unnecessary frustration. Since our minds are often like runaway trains, it is nice to have a little help to stay on track. Alternatively, you may be looking for a meditation coach to enlarge the energy field to give a deeper connection.

These sessions are tailor made to suit the individual. If you attend the free group sessions on Mondays and enjoy that format, it could simply be a repeat of that or it could be formatted differently. Put simply, you let us know what you want to include and how you want the session to proceed, and this will be accommodated.

As an example a one-on-one session could include:
- deep breathing relaxation exercise
- 5-minute Silent Meditation with reminders at 1-minute intervals to refocus the mind to silence
- Q&A session to discuss the connection and/or lapses during the Silent Meditation
- Explanation of tools and techniques to help with your particular issues and help minimize lapses
- full body relaxation exercise
- 10-minute Silent Meditation with reminders to refocus the mind to silence

The session takes approximately 45-60 minutes.

What is the cost of a one-on-one session?

We want to make the sessions readily accessible and affordable so that everyone who has a sincere desire to meditate, can be helped to do so. Meditation is crucial, not only for your own well-being, but it also helps to raise the collective consciousness and move us forward into a new era of loving kindness toward all beings, built on co-operation instead of competition. This is surely a pressing need on our planet. We have, therefore, removed all financial barriers and are pleased to be able to offer this unique service on a 'pay-what-you-can' basis. Furthermore, there is no commitment, you can simply book a one-off session or, if you find it helpful, you can book daily, weekly or monthly sessions.
